Adirondack Cattle Co. is a small, family owned and operated farm located in the Western Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains of New York State.

It is our goal to provide a true, "farm to plate" beef eating experience. We are dedicated to raising 100% Wagyu Beef in an environment unsurpassed for its fresh air, fresh water, and abundance of locally grown grasses and grains. The Cattle are raised in a natural, stress - free setting and are horomone and antibiotic free. All water and feed is monitored routinely to ensure that the resulting beef product is natural and healthy. The taste and velvety perfection of 100%, all Nautral Wagyu Beef, is evident from the filet mignon to the burgers.
