Adirondack Cattle Co. was founded in 2006 by Dr. Kenneth P Seeber, a prominent, internationally known Veterinarian. It was founded with a firm belief that 100% Wagyu Beef raised in the United States, represents one of the finest dining experiences one can have. Family owned and operated in the Western Adirondack Mountains of New York State, Adirondack Cattle is the only farm in NYS that is dedicated to raising 100% Wagyu Beef, genetically identical to the world famous, Kobe Beef. We are committed to providing the highest quality of 100% Wagyu Beef in the United States. We stand by our philosophy that in order to provide the true, farm to plate experience, the highest quality food, water and unsurpassed fresh air must be provided, making the Adirondack Mountains an ideal place to raise cattle.
